Following a gentle warm-up, you'll begin with standing torso moves that smoothly transition into soothing floor poses like downward dog and "dragon into hamstring stretch." That's followed by a carefully planned standing-to-seated-to-floor sequence that emphasizes balance, flexibility and relaxation.
