You get four progressively-more-intense combos. Cathe usually starts with something familiar like a V-step or a knee lift. Once you've learned the “framework” and timing, she smoothly transitions into the more challenging patterns (e.g. a "giddy-up step” or a “plyometric three with a ricochet turn”).
